Invoices that failed to clear with NRS after the automatic retries.
No failed-invoice queue yet
Invoices are only recorded today (no tenant is connected to NRS), so nothing is transmitted or retried. Once clearance is live, this queue needs an API listing invoices that failed after three attempts, with the reason, and a way to retry them.
